Riverbend is a special combination of residential studio, and one-bedroom apartments with supportive services and personalized assistance and healthcare. Whether it is help with dressing, bathing, medications or skilled nursing care, assistance is available round the clock in a way that promotes dignity and encourages independence

How do I determine the various types of Services offered?

An evaluation to determine the level of care is done prior to move-in by the admission staff. This determines the Care Level appropriate for each individual�s success at Riverbend.

How is the Rental Month Rate determined?

The month-to-month rental rate is based on the level of care and the size of apartment. A deposit of $1000.00 will be required before the arranged move in date.

Yes, our rates are set for one person; a second person charge will apply.

Is smoking permitted?

Riverbend is smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited by residents and guests in all areas of the building and grounds.
